  • Eligible Claim 
    1. To be eligible to claim a Gift (each eligible claim, an "Eligible Claim"), an Eligible Claimant must:
      • Are age 18 years and over; and
      • Who Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Reseller within a Participating Countries/ Region during the Promotional Period and agree to these T&Cs;
      • During the Claim Period, visit the Redemption Website and login with personal Facebook account by following the prompts and instructions on the Redemption Website;
      • follow the prompts to the online claim form (“Online Claim Form”), and;
        • input all requested details, including, without limitation, the claimant’s full name and email address;
        • provide:
          • the model part number of;
          • the serial number of;
          • a photo of the serial number of; and
          • a copy of the original tax invoice for, the relevant Participating Product, and other such details as required by the Promoter;
      • Submit the fully completed Online Claim Form by 11:59pm (UTC+8) by 10 October 2023 (Online Claim Forms will not be accepted after the end of the Claim Period).
    2.  Following the valid submission of the Online Claim Form, the Eligible Claimant will receive an email to the Eligible Claimant’s nominated email address within 14 days from the date their claim is deemed valid by the Promoter, which provides a code that constitutes the Gift.
    3. Eligible Claimant must redeem the code at  https://pickyourgame.ubi.com/ by 11:59 PM UPC+8 on Tuesday, 10 October 2023 (internet connection required to download and make use of the Gift on a Compatible Device; data charges may apply). Gift codes are not redeemable and will be forfeited following expiry of the Redemption Period.
    4. Once the code is redeemed, Eligible Claimant must log in or create an Ubisoft account and can then locate the Gift in the Uplay library.
